Trainer Workspace is your home as an instructor. It shows your next class, how bookings for your classes are going, your rating from members and which studio you're linked to, with shortcuts to the pages you use every day.

Before you start
- Your studio manager needs to add you as a Trainer on their Staff page.
- Fill in your Trainer Profile so members can see who's teaching.
Step by step
Open your workspace
Open Trainer Workspace from the menu. Under Command center you'll see four summary cards, with shortcuts underneath.
Check your next class
The Next class card shows the date, time and name of your next upcoming class. Click it to go to Attendance.
See how bookings are going
Booking growth compares confirmed bookings for the classes you teach this month with last month. The line underneath shows both counts.
Check your rating
The Review card shows your average rating out of 5, your total number of reviews and how many arrived this month. Click it to open your Trainer Profile.
Confirm your studio
Workspace scope shows the name of the studio you're linked to. If it just says Trainer, you aren't linked to a studio yet.

Use the shortcuts below the cards to open the page you need.

- Support: raise a case with the Moveya team
Search for a tool
Type in the search box at the top, for example "attendance" or "profile", and pick a result to jump straight to it.
Common questions
Why does Next class say None scheduled?
You don't have any upcoming classes assigned to you. A class only appears here once your studio manager sets you as its instructor.
What counts towards Booking growth?
Confirmed bookings on classes where you're the instructor, this calendar month compared with last month. If last month had none and this month has some, it shows +100%.
Who can leave me a review?
Members who had a confirmed booking for one of your classes. For paid classes, the booking must have been paid. You can't review yourself.
I'm a studio manager. Why can't I see Trainer Workspace?
Managers only see it once they teach. Turn on I teach classes on Trainer Profile, save a trainer profile, or get set as the instructor on a class, and it appears in your menu.
