Before you start
- Agree with your studio manager which email address you'll sign up with.
Step by step
Create your account
Sign up for Moveya with the email address your studio manager will use to add you. They can't add you until your account exists.
Get added by your studio
Ask your studio manager to add you on their Staff page with the role Trainer. Once they have, Trainer Workspace, Sessions, Attendance and Trainer Profile appear in your menu.
Fill in your profile
Open Trainer Profile, add a photo, a Headline, an About section and your Specialties, then click Save profile. This is what members see when they look you up.
Check your home page
Open Trainer Workspace to see your Next class, how bookings for your classes compare with last month, and your rating from members. Workspace scope shows your studio's name.
Find your classes
Open Attendance and pick a day on the Session Calendar. Days with classes are marked, and Class Details lists the classes you teach that day with seats sold.
Take attendance
From 30 minutes before a class starts, click it to open Attendance. Mark each person as Attended, Late, Excused or Absent, then click Save attendance.
Log one-to-one sessions
If you train clients one to one, open Sessions and click New Session to record a session and your notes. Your sessions are listed under Recent Sessions.
Get help when you need it
If something isn't working, open Support and click Open Ticket to raise a case with the Moveya team. You'll be notified when they reply.
Common questions
Why can't my studio manager add me?
They can only add an existing Moveya account with exactly that email address. If you already belong to another studio on Moveya, you can't be added to a second one.
Why don't I see a class I'm teaching?
Only classes where you're set as the instructor show up. Ask your studio manager to choose you as the teacher on that class.
Why can't I open attendance for a class?
Attendance opens 30 minutes before the class starts, and classes with no seats sold can't be marked.
Why is New Session locked?
On the Free plan, you can record 1 client session per week. The button unlocks again when the new week starts.
Can members see my contact details?
Only what you add to your Trainer Profile. Leave Contact email and the social links empty if you'd rather not share them.
