What this page is for
Trainer Profile is where you set up the public page members see when they look you up: your photo, headline, bio, specialties and contact links. Studio managers who also teach use it to add the teaching pages to their menu.

Before you start
- Have a photo ready as a JPG, PNG or WEBP file of up to 5MB.
Step by step
Open your profile
Open Trainer Profile from the menu. The first time, the page is called Trainer Profile Setup. Once you've saved it, it becomes Edit Trainer Profile.
Add a photo
Under Profile photo, click Change photo and choose an image. Use Remove photo if you want to take it off again.
Write your headline and bio
Add a short Headline, such as "Strength and mobility coach". Then use About to describe your coaching style, background and the classes you focus on.
Add your specialties
Type your specialties into Specialties, separated by commas, and click Add tag or press Enter. Click a tag to remove it. You can add up to 20.
Add contact details
Fill in Contact email, Instagram URL and LinkedIn URL if you want members to reach or follow you. All three are optional.
Save your profile
Click Save profile, or Save changes if you're editing. A Profile saved. message confirms it worked.
Preview and share
Click View profile to see your page the way members do. Use the link button next to it (Copy profile link) to copy your public profile link and share it.
Common questions
Is everything on my profile public?
Yes. Members can see your photo, headline, bio, specialties and any contact details or links you add, so only include what you're happy to share.
I'm a studio manager. What does I teach classes do?
It adds Sessions and Trainer Workspace to your menu. Saving your trainer profile for the first time switches it on, and so does being set as the instructor on a class. You can switch it off at any time to hide those pages. Editing your profile later won't switch it back on, but being assigned to a class will.
Why can't I click View profile?
It becomes available once you've saved your profile for the first time.
Where do my reviews show?
Members' reviews appear on your public profile. Your average rating also shows on the Review card in Trainer Workspace.
