What this page is for
Sessions is where you record one-to-one training with your clients: the workout, how to progress and a summary, using a ready-made template. Keep each session private or share it with the client.

- Studio managers who teach can turn on I teach classes in Trainer Profile to see this page.
Step by step
Start a new session
Click New Session, then type at least two letters of your client's name and select them.
Choose a template
Pick General Session, Strength Training, Rehab / Recovery or Cardio / Endurance. The template sets the columns in each table, and you can use Change template if you pick the wrong one.
Set the date and length
Choose the Date and Duration, from 15 minutes up to 2 hours.
Fill in the session
Under Workout Table, Progression Plan and Session Summary, click Add row for each item and fill in the columns. Each section also has a box for optional notes.
Choose who can see it
Leave Visibility on Private so only you can see it, or choose Shared so your client can view it in their Training log. Click Create Session to save.
Find past sessions
Under Recent Sessions, type in Search sessions... or use the All clients filter to show one client. Click a row to open Session Details.
Edit, duplicate or delete
Use the menu at the end of each row to View, Edit, Duplicate or Delete a session.
Common questions
Why can't I find my client?
You can only find people with a confirmed booking in a class where you're the instructor. Type at least two letters of their name to search.
Why is New Session locked?
Instructors at studios on the Free plan can create one client session per week, and the count is shown under the button. Studios on Pro and Enterprise plans have no weekly limit.
Can my client see what I write?
Only if you set the session to Shared, in which case they can view it in their Training log. New sessions are Private by default.
What does Duplicate copy?
It creates a new session for the same client, dated today, with the same title plus "(copy)", template, duration, summary notes and visibility. The table rows aren't copied, so open it with Edit to fill them in.
What do the stats at the top mean?
Total Sessions counts every session you've logged, This Month counts sessions dated this month, and Active Clients is the number of different clients you've logged sessions for. If you've filtered to one client, the figures cover just that client.
