What this page is for
Studio Workspace is your command centre: this month's takings, customers, growth and open tasks, plus the status of your plan, payouts and profile. Every card is a shortcut into the page that has the full detail.

Before you start
- You need a studio manager account linked to your studio.
- Numbers only appear once members have paid for bookings, so a new studio will show zeros at first.
Step by step
Open Studio Workspace
Choose Studio Workspace in the sidebar. The Command center section gives you a snapshot of performance and status, and each shortcut opens the full workflow.
Read your headline numbers
The four cards at the top cover the current month. Tap any card to open the page behind it.
- Paid in: gross charges this month, with the change against last month. Opens Revenue.
- Customers: unique payers this month. Opens Revenue.
- Growth Rate: how this month's takings compare with last month. Opens Analytics.
- Open tasks: shows You're all caught up or Needs attention. Opens Tasks.
Check your plan and payouts
The Plan card shows which plan your studio is on and its status. The Payouts card shows whether Stripe is ready to pay you, for example Not connected, Setup incomplete or Ready, with a short hint on what to do next.
Check your profile status
The Profile card shows Complete once your studio profile has been set up, or Needs setup if you still need to add branding and contact details. Tap it to open Studio Profile.
Jump to a page with the search bar
Type into the search bar at the top to find a section, category or tool, such as Bookings, Events or Vouchers, and open it straight away.
Use the shortcut tiles
Below the status cards are shortcut tiles for the pages you use most, such as Bookings, Revenue, Packages and Events. They open the same pages as the sidebar.
Common questions
What counts towards Paid in?
Paid in is the gross total of member charges taken this calendar month. For a full breakdown, open Revenue.
Why does Payouts say Setup incomplete or Charges only?
Your Stripe account has been created but Stripe still needs more details before it can take payments or send money to your bank. Finish the Stripe tasks in Studio setup, then check again.
Why are all my numbers zero?
The cards only count paid bookings for the current month. If you have just started, or no one has paid yet this month, they will show zero until the first payments come in.
Is this the same as the Dashboard?
No. Dashboard is your personal page with your own classes and fitness data. Studio Workspace is about your studio's performance and setup.
