What this page is for
Studio setup is your checklist for going live: complete your profile, connect Stripe so you can be paid, then wait for Moveya to approve your studio. Each task shows its status and opens the page where you finish it.

Before you start
- Your studio details: logo, address, opening hours, and a phone number or email address.
- Your business and bank details for Stripe, which handles payouts to your bank.
Step by step
Open Studio setup
Choose Studio setup in the sidebar, or tap the setup banner at the top of the screen. Tasks are grouped into Studio profile, Payouts & Stripe and Go live.
Check each task's status
Every task shows To do, In progress, Done or Blocked. Tasks marked Required must be done before members can book.
Complete your studio profile
Tap Basics, Location & hours or Contact to open Studio Profile and fill in your studio name, logo, about section, address, opening hours and a phone number or email. Photos are optional but help members choose you.
Connect Stripe
Tap Connect Stripe to create your Stripe Express account. This is how member payments reach your bank.
Finish Stripe onboarding
Tap Finish Stripe onboarding and complete Stripe's questions. The task is Done once Stripe has enabled both charges and payouts. Verification can take from a few minutes to one or two business days.
Wait for Moveya review
Moveya review updates on its own. While it is pending you can keep editing your profile and payouts, but members cannot book until your studio is approved.
Start running your studio
When every task is done and your studio is approved, the setup banner disappears. Use the sidebar to manage your profile, billing and classes from then on.
Common questions
Why can't I create a class yet?
You need to finish your Stripe payouts setup before you can create a class. Complete Connect Stripe and Finish Stripe onboarding first.
How long does Moveya review take?
There is no fixed time. Moveya review changes to Done as soon as an admin approves your studio, and the banner at the top of the screen disappears.
What does it mean if my studio is not approved or suspended?
The banner shows Studio not approved or Studio suspended and members cannot book. Open Moveya review in Studio setup for details and contact Moveya support using the email shown there.
Stripe says I'm done, but the task still shows In progress. Why?
The task only completes once Stripe has enabled both charges and payouts on your account. Stripe may still be checking your details, and it will email you when your account is ready.
