What this page is for
Studio Profile controls what members see about your studio: name, logo, photos, description, locations, contact details and opening hours. You can also copy your public link and choose whether the studio is listed publicly.

Step by step
Open Studio Profile
Choose Studio Profile in the sidebar. The first time, the page is called Studio Profile Setup. After that it shows Edit Studio Profile.
Add your logo and thumbnail
Under Studio Logo, tap Change Logo to upload your logo. Under Thumbnail Image, upload a portrait image for your studio card on Home. If you skip the thumbnail, your first studio picture is used instead.
Upload your studio pictures
Under Studio Pictures, add up to five photos. You crop each photo twice, once for phones and cards and once for the desktop page. Drag photos to reorder them, as the first one leads the slideshow.
Name your studio and describe it
Enter your Studio name, which sets your public link under URL slug until you edit the slug yourself. Then fill in About and add your Facilities, such as showers, lockers or parking.
Add your location
Under Locations, tap Add location, enter a location name and the full address, then save it. Addresses are pinned on your studio map when you save, so members get accurate directions.
Add contact details and opening hours
Fill in Phone Number and Email, and optionally your Website, Instagram URL and LinkedIn URL. Add Tags to help members find you, then set your Opening Hours.
Save your profile
Tap Save profile the first time, or Save changes after that. Once saved, use View profile to see your page as members do, or the link button to copy your profile link.
Choose Public or Private
Use the Public or Private button at the top. Private hides your studio from browse, search and Home, and your public link only works for your staff.
Common questions
What does my profile need before it counts as complete?
A studio name, logo, address, phone number or email, an About description and opening hours. Once your profile is complete you cannot save it with any of these removed, because your studio would be hidden.
Why can't members find my studio yet?
Your studio only appears to members once it is set to Public and Moveya has approved it. You can track approval in Studio setup.
Can I share one class without making the whole studio public?
Keep your studio Public and mark the individual class as private instead. Members can then only reach that class through its link.
Can I have more than one location?
Multiple locations are part of the Pro and Enterprise plans. On the Free plan your studio has one active location, your default, and any other saved locations are hidden from members. A studio always needs at least one location.
Can I remove my logo?
Not once your profile is complete, because a logo is required. Use Change Logo to replace it instead.
