What this page is for
Branded app lets you set the name, wordmark, colours and home screen of your own member app. Colour and wordmark updates apply when members reopen the app, with no App Store or Google Play review.

Before you start
- Your wordmark as an image file, ideally one version for light mode and one for dark mode.
- Your brand colours.
Step by step
Open Branded app
Choose Branded app in the sidebar. You will see your brand settings and the current status of your store listing.
Set your name and wordmark
Enter your In-app display name, or leave it empty to use your studio's listing name. Upload a Wordmark (light mode) and a Wordmark (dark mode). If you only upload one, it is used in both modes.
Choose your app colours
Under App colours, set your brand colour and the background, surface, text and border colours for dark and light mode. Leave any colour empty to use the Moveya default.
Arrange the home screen
Under Home layout, turn sections on or off and reorder them, such as upcoming bookings, suggested classes, memberships and packages, and events.
Add a home announcement
Under Home announcement, add an image and turn on Show on home to make it the first slide members see. Only one announcement can be active at a time.
Add links to the app menu
Under More links, tap Add link to add up to five external links, such as your shop or timetable page. Turn on Show in drawer so they appear under More in the member menu.
Save your changes
Tap Save changes. Members see the update the next time they reopen the app.
Common questions
Which changes need a new App Store or Google Play build?
Colours, wordmarks, the display name and home announcements update straight away. A new app icon, splash screen, store listing name or screenshots need a new store build, so email hello@moveya.io.
What does Store listing status mean?
It shows where your app is in the store process, from draft and building through review to live. Disabled means the listing has been removed or paused.
Can I hide the app from members?
Yes. Turn off App available to members and save. Members will not be able to open the app until you turn it back on.
Can I send push notifications to app members?
Yes. Segmented push messages are sent from Marketing and go to members who use your branded app and have agreed to marketing messages.
Why can't I edit Branded app settings?
Branded app settings are available to studios on the Enterprise plan, or on Pro with the Branded app add-on.
