What this page is for
Vouchers lets you create promo codes that members type at checkout to get money off a class, a pack or a membership. You decide how big the discount is and how often each code can be used, and you can see how much each code has been used.

Before you start
- Finish setting up Stripe payouts on the Billing page. Until then, the New voucher form is greyed out.
- If you want codes that work on packs, create them on the Packages page first.
Step by step
Choose a code
Open Vouchers and, under New voucher, type the Code members will enter, for example WELCOME20. Use 2 to 32 letters and numbers with no spaces. Codes aren't case-sensitive.
Choose where it works
Pick an option in Applies to.
- Classes + packages: both class bookings and pack or membership purchases
- Classes only: single class bookings
- Packages only: packs and memberships
Set the discount
In Discount type, choose Percent off and enter 1 to 100, or Fixed amount off and enter the Amount off (£). A fixed amount never takes the price below £0, and 100% off makes it free.
Set limits
Use Max redemptions (optional) to cap how many times the code can be used in total, and Max per member for how many times one person can use it. Tick First purchase only at this studio to keep the code for new customers.
Create the voucher
Click Create voucher. The code appears in the list as Active and works straight away, so you can share it with members.
Track how it's doing
In the list, Used shows how many times the code has been used and by how many members, and Discounted shows the total amount taken off.
Archive a code
Click Archive to stop a code working. Archived codes stay in the list for your records but can't be turned back on.
Common questions
Does a code count as used when a member applies it?
No. A use only counts once the member has paid. Abandoned checkouts don't count towards Max redemptions or Max per member.
Can I reuse a code from an archived voucher?
No. Each code can only be used once in your studio, even after it's archived, and WELCOME20 and welcome20 count as the same code. Choose a new code instead.
Can I change a voucher after creating it?
There's no edit option on this page. Archive the voucher and create a new one with a different code.
Do codes work on events?
Not at the moment. Event checkout doesn't accept voucher codes, so a code set to Events only won't work. Codes set to Classes, packages + events still work on classes and packs.
Is the Moveya service fee charged on the discounted price?
Yes. The discount comes off the class or pack price first, and the service fee is worked out on the discounted total.
Are these the same as Moveya subscription promo codes?
No. Vouchers only give your members money off your classes and packs. They have nothing to do with your studio's own subscription.
