What this page is for
Roster lists your classes for any day and shows who has booked or is on the waitlist, with a phone number or email for each person. Use it to check numbers and contact members before class.

Before you start
- Add classes on the Bookings page. Roster shows the classes scheduled on each day.
Step by step
Pick a day
Open Roster and choose a day from the date strip at the top. It opens on today, and you can scroll back or forward up to 90 days. Days with bookings stand out in bold.
Find the class
The Classes list shows each class with its time, instructor, location and how full it is, such as 6/10 or Full, plus a waitlist count if anyone is waiting. Type in Search classes... to filter by class name, instructor or location.
Open the class
Click a class to see its Booked members. Classes nobody has booked yet are greyed out with an Empty label and can't be opened.
Narrow the list
Use All, Booked or Waitlist to filter, or type in Search members... to find someone by name, email or phone. Each person is labelled Booked, Waitlist or Guest.
Get in touch
Click a phone number to call, or an email address to send an email. Roster shows the phone number when a member has one on file, and their email otherwise.
Common questions
How do I mark who turned up?
Use the Attendance page. Roster only shows who booked; it doesn't record attendance.
Why can't I click on a class?
Nobody has booked it yet. Classes with no bookings or waitlist are greyed out and marked Empty.
What does Guest mean?
A member booked extra places for friends and added their names. Each friend is listed as a Guest so you can see everyone who's coming.
Why does a member show "No contact on file"?
They haven't added a phone number or email to their profile, so there's nothing to show.
Do cancelled bookings show up?
No. Roster only lists people who are booked or on the waitlist. Cancelled classes don't appear either.
