Reports uses AI to write a plain-English summary of your studio for any date range, based on your booking, attendance, traffic and revenue data. Use it for a quick weekly review, or to pick out what to work on next.

Before you start
- Take attendance for your classes on the Attendance page so the report can comment on attendance and no-shows.
Step by step
Choose a report
Open Reports and pick one from the Report dropdown, such as Weekly Digest, Recommended Actions or Executive Overview (All Reports). The box below shows its tone and which data it uses.
Pick the date range
Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days from Date range, or set your own dates in From and To.
Generate the report
Click Generate report. It takes a few moments and shows its progress on the button. Click Cancel if you want to stop.
Read the report
The report appears under Generated report, with headings, bullet points and charts for some sections. Labels above it show the report name, the date range and when it was created.
Download a copy
Click Download PDF to save the report, for example to share it with your team.
Open an earlier report
Recent generations lists the latest reports created for your studio. Search with Search generations... or click one to show it again. Reopening a report doesn't use any credit.
Keep an eye on your credit
Monthly report credit shows how much of this month's allowance is left. Each report uses some, and longer reports use more. When it runs out, Generate report is unavailable until the credit resets on the date shown.
Common questions
Is the monthly credit per person?
No. It's shared by every studio manager at your studio, and it resets at the start of each month.
Can other managers see my reports?
Yes. Recent generations shows the latest 20 reports created for your studio, whoever generated them.
How accurate is the report?
It's written by AI from your studio's data at the moment you generate it. Check important figures on Analytics or Revenue before acting on them.
Will a report change if I open it again later?
No. Reopening shows the report exactly as it was written. Generate a new one to include your latest data.
