What this page is for
Court schedule shows all your courts side by side for one day, with classes, member court bookings, holds and closures on a single time grid. It's only shown to padel venues.

Before you start
- Set your venue type to Padel on the Studio setup page. Court schedule only appears for padel venues.
- Set up Studio Payouts on the Billing page before creating classes from the grid.
Step by step
Add your courts
Click Add court, enter a Court name, choose the Location (Indoor or Outdoor) and Format (Doubles or Singles), then click Add court. Each court gets its own column on the grid.
Set your booking rules
Click Settings to open Court settings. Under Booking rules, choose the Slot lengths members can book (60, 90 or 120 min), the Cancellation cutoff for automatic refunds and your Club weekly hours, then click Save booking rules.
Set prices for each court
In Court settings, click a court under Your courts and fill in its Base prices for each slot length. If that court keeps different hours from the rest of the club, set a Court hours override. Click Save.
Block out closures
Under Closures, choose when it Starts and Ends, whether it Applies to one court or All courts, add a reason if you like and click Add closure. Members can't book those times.
Move between days
Use the arrows or click the date to pick a day from the calendar, and Today to jump back. On today's schedule, a red line marks the current time.
Create a class on a court
Click an empty time on a court and choose Create class in Add to schedule. The class form opens with the court, date and a 60-minute slot filled in; complete it the same way as on Bookings.
Check or cancel a court booking
Click a member's booking or hold to see who booked, the amount and the payment status. Use Cancel & refund to cancel a paid booking, or Release hold to free up an unpaid hold.
Common questions
Why can't I see Court schedule in my sidebar?
It's only shown to padel venues. If your club should use court scheduling, set the venue type to Padel on the Studio setup page.
Why does it say "That time is not available on this court"?
The time you clicked overlaps a booking, hold, class or closure on that court, or falls outside its opening hours. Pick a free time instead.
What's the difference between a hold and a booking?
A hold keeps a court free for a short time while a member checks out, and shows when it expires. A booking is confirmed. Releasing a hold makes the court bookable again.
Does cancelling a court booking refund the member?
Yes. Cancel & refund refunds a paid booking using the same rules as class refunds. Unpaid holds are simply released.
How do I stop a court being booked without deleting it?
In Court settings, open the court and untick Active (bookable by members), then click Save. The court stays in your list but is hidden from booking.
Can I create open matches from the schedule?
Not yet. Create match currently shows a message that matches are coming in a later release.
