Delete your Moveya account

Request permanent deletion of your Moveya account and associated personal data. This page works in a browser without the mobile app.

What deletion does

  • Deletion permanently removes your account. It is not a temporary freeze or deactivation.
  • You lose access to your profile, bookings history in the product, favourites, and in-app data tied to your login.
  • You will not be able to sign back in with the same account or restore deleted data from Moveya.

Legal retention

Some records may be kept where the law or legitimate business needs require it (for example tax, accounting, chargebacks, or disputes). Typical periods are described in our Privacy Policy. Read data retention in the Privacy Policy.

How to delete your account

In the Moveya app

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Open the Account tab.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm both warning steps.

On the web

Sign in to Moveya, then return to this page or open Settings and choose Delete account. After you sign in, use the button below.

Sign in to delete your account

If you cannot sign in, email support@moveya.io from the address on your account and ask us to delete your Moveya account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
